Denofa is owned by Amaggi, a leading Brazilian exporter of non GMO soy. The company was founded in Paraná by Andrè Maggi in 1977. Since then the company has expanded steadily and is now present in several Brazilian regions as well as, apart from Norway, Argentina, Paraguay, Holland and Switzerland.

Amaggi is committed to social and environmental management and sustainable development; resulting in contributions to agribusiness, respect for the environment and improving lives in the communities where it is active. Amaggi is engaged in agricultural and soybean seed production; origination, processing and commercialization of grains; fertilizer; energy and transportation. Amaggi is comprised by Commodities, Agro, Navigaton, and Energy.

With respect to social responsibility, the André e Lúcia Maggi Foundation supports the communities where the Group operates through investment in social institutions, support programs for children and adolescents, health, culture, entertainment, education, poverty reduction and starvation combat. All the projects are managed according to various social and environmental responsibility criteria.

The Group employs more than 4,000 people.
